Shipping Policy

Order processing times take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Shipping times can vary based on location.

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. 

 

Following any potential delays that occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States.

International Shipping

 

We offer $20 flat rate shipping to various countries. Please contact us prior to making an international order so we can guarantee we are able to ship to you.  Shipping times can vary anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on location. Processing time remains the same as domestic orders (1-3 weeks).

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lbdcustomclothing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lbdcustomclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
